Our Keynote Speaker (evening)

CONFIRMED: James Fallows, national correspondent for The Atlantic, has generously agreed to speak at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, May 19th at the Cornog Auditorium as a preview to New Trier's 2nd Annual American Studies Day. The Cornog is located at 7 Happ Road, Northfield, IL 60093.

This year's theme is "Media & Democracy", related to his book, Breaking The News: How the Media Undermine American Democracy.

American Studies Day is scheduled for Thursday, May 20th, and will feature student- and teacher-led panels, presentations, and discussions.
